Privacy Policy
Any information you add to the site IS LOGGED in a database and/or folder/file on the website. You can delete any information you add to the website except for required information (read on for more information). We do make and retain back-up copies of all files and information in the databases for up to one year, then the information is deleted. We NEVER share our database information with ANYONE! This is kept strictly confidential.
Your Email Address
We collect your email address upon registration for purposes of verifying you are real and not a computer. We also use this information to prevent multiple registrations to the system from a single email address. Email addresses are also used as a form of banning problem members. The email address you register with is used for any lost password retrievals, informing you of new PM's and contacting you in the event there is a problem with your account. We will not release your email address to ANYONE without your consent. We will not send SPAM emails to your email address. If you do not want your email address to be visible to other members, please choose Yes in the Edit Profile section under Hide Email.
Your IP Address
Once a member joins the site, the IP address is logged in a file only accessible to admins. IP addresses are collected in an effort to help ban problem members. Your IP address will never be given out, unless ordered to do so by court order.
Chat/PM Logs
We DO log the chat room and private message conversations on this site. This is help to monitor members in the event someone has abused the site in some way. The logs are only viewable by the admin team and will NEVER be released to any third party. However, if we feel you have broken a law, we have the right to and will release the log to the proper authorities! Members in a chat room can also print, save and copy a log of the particular chat session.
Your Age and Gender
This information is required on your profile at ALL times. This is strictly enforced and is carried out to make sure any joining member is 18 years of age or older. The gender is required due to our rules about males not being allowed in chat areas designated for females and vice versa. We really do not want to be the next Yahoo!
All other information entered into the website is completely optional and completed at your own discretion. All fields on the profile are optional (except for age and gender). If you decide to post information on your profile, it WILL be visible to every other member of this website. Do not post any information you would not want to share with the general public. This also includes posting in the chat rooms, and forum.
